Each of our Members has 25-30 years of experience in the capital markets. Continued active participation in the capital markets generates unique insights that influence our investment objectives, investments, operating plans, and portfolio exit activities. Our Members are actively involved with the operations of each portfolio company for the duration of each investment and generally help recruiting the management teams and actively participate in building value.

Our Members have ties to technology research centers and Fortune 1000 companies and other large, multi-national companies in the U.S, Europe, and Asia. Over the years, the Members have helped spin out, create and capitalize several companies associated with leading research universities and institutions; and have provided capital to scores of start-ups and emerging growth companies.
